2 Purpose.

These Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms of Use” or “Legal Notice”) govern the rights and obligations of CUME, C.B., and users regarding access to, browsing of, and use of this Website, without prejudice to the provider’s right to modify the content of these Terms without prior notice. In any case, the user’s access to the Website after such a modification takes place implies the user’s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the modifications made.

However, access to certain content and the use of certain services may be subject to specific terms and conditions, which will in all cases be clearly displayed and must be expressly accepted by users in advance. These specific terms and conditions may replace, supplement, or, where applicable, modify these Terms of Use.

In this regard, and without prejudice to the provisions of these Terms of Use, the purchase of any paid product and/or service offered by the provider shall be governed by the general and/or specific terms and conditions for each specific service set forth for that purpose.

For the purposes of interpreting these Terms of Use, we consider a person to become a user at the moment they accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, as well as all other legal documents and usage policies accessible from the Website, and the user’s browsing of the Site is sufficient to indicate that they accept them knowingly and with full understanding.

3. Accessing and registering on the website.

In the latter case, the user will be informed in advance and must accept the corresponding terms and conditions for that service.

In light of the foregoing, the user is obligated to immediately notify CUME, C.B. of any event that could lead to the misuse of usernames and/or passwords, such as theft, loss, or unauthorized access to them, so that they may be immediately canceled. Until such incidents are reported, the provider shall be exempt from any liability that may arise from the misuse of usernames or passwords by unauthorized third parties.

3.2 Unregister as a registered user.

Users may request to unsubscribe from the Website at any time by simply completing the process through the section provided for this purpose in the “My Account” section available on the Website.

In any case, once the account has been deactivated, the user may request a new registration, without prejudice to the provider’s right to refuse such registration in the specific cases set forth in the clause titled “Website Terms of Use,” or in the event of a conflict or dispute arising between the parties—whether still pending resolution or having concluded with an acknowledgment of fault or negligence on the part of the user and/or harm to the Provider, its collaborators and associates, or its users, customers, or potential customers.

5.2 Links to Other Platforms: Responsibility of CUME, C.B.

1. Using the Website in a manner that could cause damage, disruptions, inefficiencies, or malfunctions in its operation or in the computer systems of any third party or, as the case may be, CUME, C.B.

To this end, the Provider hereby states that it may report any matter to the competent law enforcement and judicial authorities and cooperate with them as appropriate if it detects any violation of applicable law or suspects that a crime has been committed.

9. Data Protection.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, all personal data provided while using this website will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy , which every user must expressly accept in order to use and register with the system.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.

The parties expressly agree that this contract shall be governed by and interpreted, in all its terms and conditions, in accordance with current Spanish law.

The parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction and authority of the courts and tribunals corresponding to the buyer’s place of residence or to the place of performance of the contractual obligation for any issues or disputes that may arise in connection with the interpretation, compliance with, and enforcement of this contract.
